FAQ

We can accept the following files;

Data: xls, xlsx, csv, text

Artwork: PDF or Word documents depending on process required

Files can be emailed if 10mb or under, alternatively we can accept USB Memory Sticks and CD’s.

Large files can be uploaded via Dropbox.

No job is too small or too large.

There is no minimum nor maximum quantity.

Presort mail is for quantities above 300 items and simply means barcoded mail using Australia Post approved software and ‘presorting and lodging’ to their specifications.

You may be eligible if you mail at least 100 copies twice per annum.

Depending on the postage service required and eligibility, discounts are obtained from 100+ items (twice per year) for Print Post or 300+ items for Presort.

Extra discounts apply to registered charities that hold a charity mail number.

If using a DLX Envelope (120 x 235) we can insert up to 10 A4 pieces of standard copy paper which will still fall into the small letter category (max 5mm thick – up to 125g).

The Maximum letter size is 260mm x 360mm and up to 500g.

Any larger than this is deemed a parcel therefore carrying higher postage costs.
